Common Posting Questions

Q.) Do all of my posters have to be stamped to be posted?
A.) Anything that you want to post in the residence halls must be stamped by housing res life greek life.  Take the flyers to the area offices and they will stamp them and forward to the halls to be posted. To post around campus on the kiosks they don’t need to be stamped - just know that if you put up more than one the extra might be taken down to make space for other flyers.  In addition, they are cleaned off on Mondays so I would not spend a lot of time over the weekend hanging flyers because they might be cleared off on Monday.

Q.) How do I get my posters on the plasma screen TV's around campus?
A.) Visit the link found here.

Q.) Am I allowed to put tri-folds in the Dining Halls?
A.) You are free to put tri-folds in the dining halls, when you go there you should ask the cashier if you need to speak with a manager.  If you don’t need to then you can put them up- they would only be taken down if there was anything inappropriate on them.

Q.) Where can I find additional information so that I don't violate Case's posting policies?
A.) You can find more information on Campus Posting Policy and Residential Post Policy by following the links.
